Dinner Time – Salmon

Tonight’s dinner was great. Salmon with a dash of hoisin sauce, wholewheat pasta with a dab of fat-free Cream of Chicken soup tossed with some spinach. I keep forgetting that spinach shrinks to nothing when steamed. I’ll have to add more next time. Very tasty. I did this kind of free-style (no recipe) because it had to be quick.

Salmon has so many wonderful health benefits. Its a great source of Omega-3 Fatty Acids, Vitamins A and D, and minerals like Calcium and Iron. It also supports cardio-vascular health and helps to increase metabolism. Its a lovely addition to a healthy diet and I  usually have it once per week.
