Week 2 Summary
It’s the end of my second week and today’s weigh-in shows I’ve lost an additional 2 pounds, bringing me to 158lbs. I’ve also lost another half inchfrom my waist. I am currently preparing a few workout playlists so that’s keeping me pretty occupied as I have to dig deep into my music collection. It feels good to see and feel the progress.
Today’s meals
- Breakfast: Wholegrain O’s Cereal, Egg Whites, 1 Slice Veggie Cheese, 1 Slice Whole Grain Toast, Green Tea
- Lunch: Double Chocolate Caramel Bar, Salmon with Hoisin Sauce, Romaine Salad Blend
- Snack: Chocolate Soy Milk, 1 Plum
- Dinner: Beef & Noodles in Teriaki Sauce, Steamed Veggies (Bok Choy, Carrots, Snow Peas Asparagus), 1 Nectarine
- Dessert: White Chocolate Chunk Cookie, Green Tea
